Springhill Falls is a 5m high, 1m wide horsetail ribbon cascade located beside Hwy 8 on the climb up from the north end of Dundas.
The city have attempted to control the flow of this cascade as in winter it overwhelms the drains and spills out onto the road. The combination of the steep descent, the hairpin bend, the drop onto the railway tracks and the road covered in black ice was just too much for some drivers, so, at vast expense, the City diverted it, however, it seems to be back where it was.
